Chick-fil-A has a strong brand, ranking high amongst its peers in the restaurant industry.

IBISWorld Industry Report on U.S. Restaurants estimates that Chick-fil-A has approximately 3.3% of the Fast Food market, just behind Burger King and well ahead of Dominos Pizza.

Yet Chick-fil-A is growing fast and the brand is currently on track to become the third-largest fast food restaurant in the United States by 2020.

Chick-fil-A consistently earns higher customer satisfaction rankings than any other restaurant.

Chick-fil-A has led all chicken restaurants in a Harris Poll among Millennials for four straight years. Similarly, a Piper Jaffray study on Quick Service Restaurants and teens found Chick-fil-A was highly preferred. “Chick-fil-A regained its position as the most preferred brand among upper-income teens and maintained its position as the second most preferred brand among average-income teens.”
